On the Ground with Carlos Bethancourth
To truly understand what makes a project like Meridian successful, you need to hear from the people making it happen day in and day out.
Carlos Bethancourth, Operations Manager for this project, brings over 15 years of experience at Wagler—and a deep commitment to both people and performance.
In this video, Carlos shares what drives his work on the field each day: balancing the needs of general contractors and Wagler crews, ensuring materials and manpower are always aligned, and most importantly, making sure every team member goes home safely.
For Carlos, leadership means more than just logistics—it means creating a supportive environment where everyone feels like part of the Wagler family. His pride in watching projects rise from the ground up is matched only by his dedication to the people who build them.

Don Pruitt
Field Superintendent
Don's ability to collaborate and uplift the team is truly remarkable. We are incredibly fortunate to have him with us. He is known for coining the phrase, "Life is good, give thanks, and help someone if you can. Have a great day." These words of encouragement inspire those who work alongside him, and more importantly, they reflect his positive outlook under any circumstances. Welcoming Don to the Wagler team over 13 years ago was a great decision. His knowledge and willingness to educate our younger team members are invaluable contributions to our organization.
