Our Circle of Sustainability

Impact That Goes Beyond the Build

At Wagler, our mission is to help our partners go above and beyond. We believe that "going green" should be seamless, which is why we’ve integrated sustainability into the core of our service. We provide the expertise you need to stay compliant and competitive:

  • ESG & Sustainability: Comprehensive reporting and compliance.
  • Waste Reduction: Strategic landfill reduction and material management.
  • Building Excellence: Responsible, green construction practices.

Your waste has a higher calling. We transform thousands of pounds of project wood waste into livestock bedding, which eventually returns to the earth as fertilizer. With Wagler, you get a cleaner site and a powerful story of environmental stewardship.

This litter gets used inside the building for 3 to 4 months, by that time it turns into fertile litter that is applied to the crop farms around this area. It's high in nitrogen and all the things that it takes for crops to grow. We utilize it in the barns growing turkeys and we use it in the fields to grow crops.

Turning Scraps into Steaks

Our crew doesn't just clear the site; they own the cycle. Through our scrap incentive program, every haul benefits the earth and the team.

  • 50,000 lbs: The average weight of a single scrap trailer haul.
  • Free Lunch: What each team earns for participating in our program.
  • Peace of Mind: What we provide by taking care of the collection and transport of scrap at the jobsite.

From the job site to the table. Anthony’s team turned 50,000 lbs of wood waste into a team lunch. Our recycling incentive ensures that when the site stays clean, the crew eats well.
